Once uploaded, employees need to be reviewed and approved by the PICP before they can receive their login details. This can only be done by navigating to the "Employees" page and clicking the "Onboarding Review" button. This ensures that all employee data is verified and accurate before granting access.
After uploading the employee CSV, the PICP has to login to review the uploaded data for accuracy. Once approved, the employees will receive their login details.
To approve uploaded employees, navigate to the "Employees" page. Here, you will see a button called "Onboarding Review" which will take you to a page where you have the list of all uploaded employees. You can review the details of each employee and click "Approve" to grant them access. They will then receive their login details within 30 seconds.
